Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE)

What you will work on:

• Lead PI Planning, iteration planning, and cross-team synchronization.
• Maintain ART-level boards, plans, and KPIs.
• Coordinate embedded bus development requirements within planning and decision-making.
• Drive continuous flow improvement across teams and remove impediments.
• Facilitate system demos, integration events, and retrospectives.
• Support roadmap creation, track progress against milestones, and escalate deviations.
• Manage risk, issues, and communication across the ART.
• Participate in architecture document reviews (AD/PDF) and engineering decisions.

What you bring:

• 3–5+ years as an RTE, Chief Scrum Master, or Agile Program Manager.
• Experience in large-scale product development, preferably automotive/embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe or similar scaling frameworks.
• Knowledge of embedded software development, integration, and gated/hybrid development models.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and agile planning tools.
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
