We are looking for a senior B2B E-commerce Manager to join our company. The assignment is time-limited to four months and is well suited for someone confident in their expertise, comfortable working independently, and skilled at creating value through analysis, structure, and clear recommendations.
You will work closely with key internal stakeholders and act as a strategic and operational contributor within the e-commerce organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the digital B2B business with a strong focus on data-driven insights and commercial results. A central part of the assignment is analyzing user behavior, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating insights into concrete actions. You are expected to present clear conclusions and recommendations in a structured and decision-supportive manner, primarily through PowerPoint.
Key responsibilities
Own and further develop the B2B e-commerce solution, for creating B2B flows on the B2B websites
Map out process on the B2B flows to identify the best process.
Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior. Report on KPIs and communicate business objective and results
Work hands on with our systems and implement the changes you have identified
Produce clear insights, conclusions and recommended actions based on data
Present analyses and proposals to decision-makers using PowerPoint
Collaborate with internal teams across business, marketing, and technology
Self driven eCom coordinator/manager with a high level of e- merchandising
Is highly skilled in analysis and accustomed to working in a data-driven way
Has strong ability to translate complex information into clear
Is self-driven, structured, and comfortable working independently
Has experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Commerce Tool and/or other commerce platforms
