Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior ML & AI Engineer to support the development and scaling of Generative AI and advanced AI solutions.

What you will work on

• Designing and developing Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering
• Building and deploying production-grade AI services and applications
• Developing AI services in Python, primarily using FastAPI
• Deploying AI workloads using serverless and cloud-native architectures
• Working across multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Integrating AI services with APIs, vector databases, and data platforms
• Implementing MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI systems
• Ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Mentoring junior engineers and reviewing technical implementations

What you bring

• 6–10+ years of experience in machine learning and AI engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and embeddings
• Proven experience designing and deploying production AI systems
• Strong Python development skills, preferably with FastAPI
• Experience working in Azure, AWS, and/or GCP environments
• Experience with serverless architectures and cloud-native deployments
• Solid understanding of APIs, vector databases, and MLOps workflows
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Clear communication skills and strong problem-solving mindset
