Mission
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for organizing and managing warehousing activities including reception, storage, order preparation, and shipments, all in accordance with SPS (Schneider Production System) principles. This role ensures smooth material flow and supports operational performance across the site.
Key Responsibilities
The Warehouse Operator applies strict working instructions and standard operating procedures to guarantee safety, quality, and efficiency throughout daily warehouse operations.
Main Activities
The role includes full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse. The Warehouse Operator identifies and reports any risks related to safety, quality, environment, or performance to the Team Leader (LWB3), including all incidents and near misses. In case of deviations, the appropriate escalation process is followed. The operator performs required gestures and standard work according to prescribed operating modes and may suggest improvements to optimize workflows.
Daily activities include executing a predefined sequence of warehousing operations such as receiving, storing, inventory management, issuing materials, and supplying production lines. The operator performs self-checks to detect non‑conformities, reacts appropriately to hazards, follows all procedures related to MPH, and uses available digital tools to record all inbound and outbound stock movements.
