Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Change Manager within Work Environment and Safety to develop and implement structured processes that ensure safe handling of work involving electrical hazards.
What you will work on:
- Develop and implement structured work processes for electrical safety
- Establish routines, guidelines, and governing documents for safe operations
- Support managers and technical experts in applying new safety practices
- Drive change initiatives related to work environment and safety culture
- Create engagement and alignment among stakeholders across the organization
- Connect technical risks with organizational and behavioral safety practices
- Support continuous improvement of safety management systems
What you bring:
- Proven experience in change management within work environment or HSE areas
- Ability to connect technology, organization, work environment, and safety culture
- Experience developing and implementing structured processes and governance models
- Strong ability to lead development initiatives and build stakeholder engagement
- Good understanding of occupational safety and regulatory requirements
- Electrical safety competence is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on-site during initial phase, with hybrid work possible later
