Assignment Description:

We are looking for an ERP System Manager for a hands-on operational role focused on stability and quality within financial systems.

What you will work on:

• Manage and operate ERP and financial systems with focus on stability and performance
• Handle incidents, support cases, and follow-up on problems and corrective actions
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate administrative and support activities
• Coordinate and manage external suppliers and support providers
• Support ERP transition from Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365 and ensure business continuity
• Improve ITIL-based processes such as incident, problem, and change management
• Proactively support monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities
• Identify risks in financial and ERP flows and propose preventive measures

What you bring:

• Several years of experience working with ERP and financial systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365
• Strong understanding of financial processes such as accounting, closing, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
• Experience working with ITIL-based support and operations processes
• Proven experience coordinating support teams and supplier relationships
• Good technical understanding of ERP platforms and system integrations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with business and IT stakeholders
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and process-driven mindset
• Ability to manage complex system landscapes and drive operational improvements
