Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Business Architect who will ensure that business development, IT initiatives, and strategic programs are aligned and sustainable over time.

What you will work on:

• Develop and maintain business architecture models covering processes, capabilities, and information flows
• Ensure traceability between strategy, goals, requirements, and implemented solutions
• Support prioritization and structuring of business and IT change initiatives
• Contribute to target architectures and long-term roadmaps together with IT architects
• Participate in analyses, feasibility studies, and decision-making processes
• Ensure initiatives follow governance models and architectural principles
• Act as advisor to management, product owners, and program leadership
• Work in agile and cross-functional environments with clear documentation of benefits and outcomes

What you bring:

• Several years of experience as Business Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Business Development Lead
• Experience working in large and complex organizations
• Strong understanding of business processes, information flows, and IT enablement
• Experience working with architecture frameworks and governance models (e.g., TOGAF or similar)
• Ability to translate business needs into structured models and decision material
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Experience from industry, manufacturing, or automotive environments is an advantage
• Experience with portfolio management, PMO, or large transformation programs is beneficial
• Familiarity with agile frameworks such as SAFe and structured change management
