Assignment Description:
We are looking for an R&D Process Improvement Manager
What you will work on:
- Maintain and improve core R&D and product development processes
- Lead process improvement initiatives as project manager
- Support engineering teams with process and tool-related improvements
- Drive change management across R&D organizations
- Contribute to R&D digitalization initiatives, including PLM tools and AI use cases
- Improve engineering, quality, assurance and workflow efficiency
- Facilitate large meetings and improvement workshops
- Align processes across departments and stakeholders
What you bring:
- Strong experience in process improvement and operational excellence
- Proven change management and stakeholder management skills
- Project management experience, preferably in engineering environments
- Degree in Engineering (BSc/MSc) or equivalent practical experience
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Experience with IT tools and digitalization is a strong plus
- Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional sessions is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and/or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
- Fluent in English; Swedish is preferred
