Your role
You play a central role in expanding WaterAid Sweden’s institutional funding by identifying new funding opportunities and building strong, future focused partnerships with institutional donors and foundations. You bring fresh ideas that strengthen the development of high-quality concept notes and proposals aligned with our core values and principles as well as donor expectations. You also contribute to effective programme delivery by collaborating closely with WaterAid’s Country Programmes, maintaining transparent donor relationships, and ensuring strong reporting and compliance throughout the grant cycle.

Conditions for the position
This is a full-time position (38 hour work week). Start date according to agreement. A 6-month probation period applies, followed by permanent employment. WaterAid will not be able to sponsor your residence permit in Sweden and to be considered for this role, you must already have the right to work and reside in Sweden.
You report directly to the Head of Programme and Partnerships. WaterAid Sweden applies Fremia’s collective agreement. We have a generous hybrid policy enabling work both from our office in Stockholm and from home.
