We are looking for an Interior Designer to support automotive interior design work, with a focus on interior and/or interior seating design. You will collaborate closely with design leadership, cross-functional teams, and suppliers to turn design intent into high-quality, feasible solutions. The assignment includes travel.

• Collaborate with the color and trim design team to develop interior concepts aligned with the overall vision and constraints.
• Work with suppliers to achieve the best possible outcome in craftsmanship, cost, and engineering while staying close to the design vision.
• Partner with the fabrication team to build prototypes when needed.
• Present progress and align work with the Chief Designer and/or Director of Department.

• University degree in Transportation Design or Industrial/Product Design.
• Up to 3–5 years of experience in automotive interior design (OEM experience preferred).
• Good level of Blender modeling and rendering.
• Strong sketching skills and ability to visualize concepts.
• Experience with 3D tools such as Blender, Maya, Houdini, Alias, Gravity Sketch, Grasshopper, and KeyShot.
• Experience communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale within a user-centered design process.
• Ability to understand and analyze requirements from upper management.
• Experience taking a design from sketch phase to concept modeling (Alias or clay) through to A-class surfacing.
• Strong verbal and visual presentation skills.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

• Experience from an OEM environment.
