We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead within Cloud & Infrastructure to take a leading role in designing, delivering, and continuously improving a hybrid infrastructure setup—combining Microsoft Azure with on-premises environments. You will balance technical leadership with hands-on implementation, helping advance a cloud-first strategy with an automation-first mindset, scalability, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with a Product Owner and a cross-functional team, and act as a mentor and technical authority in the area.

• Act as the primary technical authority in a hybrid cloud team, ensuring operational excellence across both Azure and on-prem infrastructure.
• Partner with the Product Owner to align technical priorities with the product roadmap and organizational goals.
• Provide architectural guidance and solution design for scalable, secure, and reliable hybrid infrastructure.
• Lead design and implementation of Azure infrastructure, including AKS and Kubernetes-related tooling.
• Oversee integration and maintenance of on-prem infrastructure to ensure seamless hybrid connectivity.
• Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery strategies across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation using tools such as Bicep and Terraform.
• Streamline deployments through DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support cost optimization initiatives and contribute to vendor management and follow-up.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in DevOps and hybrid infrastructure operations.
• Enable developer productivity using tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.

• Extensive experience with Azure cloud infrastructure, including hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Bicep.
• Proven experience building and improving CI/CD pipelines and automation in hybrid environments.
• Experience integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud systems, addressing scalability and operational challenges.
• Strong DevOps practices with recent hands-on experience supporting developer teams.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.

• Experience working with ITSM frameworks.
• Experience with cost optimization and vendor collaboration related to cloud infrastructure.
