Assignment Description:

We are looking for a senior Program Manager to lead the planning and implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) within a large logistics organization.

What you will work on:

• Lead the end-to-end WMS implementation program and rollout strategy
• Establish program structure, governance, and delivery model
• Drive and manage collaboration with the WMS vendor and other partners
• Align stakeholders on goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure integration with surrounding IT systems according to rollout plan
• Engage warehouse operations and business teams in change management
• Manage risks, dependencies, and uncertainties in a complex environment
• Report progress and support decision-making at management level

What you bring:

• Senior-level experience as Program Manager leading large IT programs
• Proven experience delivering WMS implementations, preferably in retail or logistics
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing senior teams and suppliers
• Deep understanding of IT, logistics operations, and supply chain processes
• Extensive experience working in large organizations with many stakeholders
• Strong change management skills in complex and uncertain environments
• 10–15+ years of experience delivering complex IT and business transformation programs
• Coaching leadership style that builds engagement and ownership
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)
