Assignment Description:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Supply Chain Project Manager to plan, schedule, and manage projects within logistics and supply chain operations.
What you will work on:
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and plans
- Conduct material flow analysis and monitor progress across multiple projects
- Use SAP, Primavera P6, and Qlik for planning, tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with project standards and procedures
- Manage deviations and monitor resources to support project execution
- Contribute to resource planning and operational readiness for ongoing personnel needs
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Planning, or related field
- Significant experience in project planning and scheduling
- Strong analytical, structured, and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with SAP, Primavera P6, Qlik Sense or similar tools is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to work on-site in Finspång, Sweden
