Job Description

Your contribution to something big

As a Nordic Product manager at Bosch Home Comfort you will be responsible for the Nordic high output/Commercial Heat pump Portfolio. You will also be responsible for maintaining products, as well as new upcoming projects for the Nordic countries.

• Nordic heat pump portfolio ownership
• You will manage and develop the Nordic commercial product portfolio for heat pumps, including air-to-water systems, and geothermal solutions.
• Product development and updates for all Nordic markets
• You are responsible for ensuring continuous product improvements, updates, and lifecycle management across the entire Nordic region.
• Balanced strategic and operational responsibilities
• The role combines long-term strategic planning with hands-on operational work, with an approximate split of 60% strategic and 40% operational tasks depending on project timing and needs
• Compliance with Bosch standards
• You ensure that all product-related processes, documentation, and quality standards are fully aligned with Bosch requirements.

The position can be placed both in Tranås, Sweden or our location in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• University degree, preferably a Master’s in a relevant field; alternatively, extensive and relevant professional experience may compensate for formal education.
• Strong knowledge of heat pump and/or refrigeration technology, with a particular focus on commercial and property heat pump systems.
• Previous professional experience working with heat pumps, preferably within product management, technical support, sales, or a similar field.
• Fluent in English as well as either Swedish or Danish

Preferred skills:

• Previous experience within the heat pump industry.
• Strategic experience within the heat pump sector, including a solid understanding of installation requirements and processes.
• Prior work experience with Bosch is considered an advantage.
