Randstad Digital is currently seeking a driven and experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA with experience from purchasing processes for an exciting consulting assignment in Gothenburg on behalf of our client. You will play a key role within a Global IT organization, acting as a functional

lead to shape future procurement solutions.

The Assignment will be 100 % from February to May with high possibility to extend assignment on same/reduced volume.

Responsibilities

As a Senior SAP consultant, your focus will be on the design, configuration, and deployment of end-to-end procurement processes within SAP S/4HANA.

 Process Design & Configuration: Suggest designs and perform configuration for requisition and purchase order processes, including complex approval workflows.

 Self-Service Procurement: Act as a functional expert specifically within S/4HANA Self-Service Procurement and FIORI interfaces.

 Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all solutions align with organizational procurement policies, best practices, and internal authorization controls.

 Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with SAP Solution Architects, Business Owners, and Procurement teams to secure E2E process flows.

 Documentation & Training: Responsible for creating high-quality functional specifications, documentation, and delivering training to the organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for a senior candidate who can step in from day one and drive results in a complex IT landscape.

 Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of SAP consulting experience, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA procurement solutions.

 SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of the MM module and Indirect Procurement processes.

 Workflow Management: Expertise in designing and configuring multi-level Approval Workflows in S/4HANA.

 Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with integration points between Procurement, HR, and Finance modules.

 Certification: SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement is highly preferred.
