We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Developer to help drive real business impact with AI agents in the autonomous transportation domain. You will join an environment with validated use cases and strong ownership, focusing on workflow automation across software development, customer service and operational support. The work includes integrating internal data and systems, leveraging MCP and an OpenAI-based platform for LLM capabilities.

You will collaborate across functions and help lead AI initiatives with a clear focus on measurable outcomes.

• Drive implementation of Agentic AI by investigating, prototyping and delivering use cases for process automation and workflow orchestration within the ATS offboard system domain
• Act as a technical coach and thought leader in AI engineering through cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to operational development scenarios in autonomous transport systems using advanced data-driven methods
• Develop software, services and algorithms for data analysis within the autonomous transport system domain
• Develop and integrate AI solutions that increase the impact of operational data products
• Support the design and development of data pipelines using Kafka and Databricks
• Help deliver agentic AI use cases such as tiered support automation, remote assistance triage, automated test reporting, and coverage intelligence for test analysis

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2–5 years of proven experience working with agentic AI
• 5 years of proven experience as a software developer
• Ability to drive cross-functional AI initiatives with clear business outcomes

• Experience building data pipelines with Kafka
• Experience working with Databricks
• Experience integrating internal data and systems via MCP
• Experience with OpenAI-based platforms for LLM capabilities
• Experience in autonomous transportation or related operational environments
