About the position On behalf of our client, Wrknest is looking for a full-time Logistics Assistant to join their team in central Stockholm. In this hands-on and varied role, you will support daily logistics operations that enable the delivery of life-changing technology to people with communication difficulties. The position is well suited for someone at the beginning of their career who wants insight into how logistics and technology work together in a fast-paced environment.

You will become part of a dedicated team where your contribution makes a tangible difference. The assignment is a consultancy role via Wrknest, with the possibility of extension.

Your future work tasks In this hybrid role, you will be involved in several parts of the logistics flow, combining practical tasks with basic technical handling.

Examples of responsibilities include:

• Packing and shipping products to customers

• Assisting the repair department with simpler tasks

• Installing software and performing basic functionality checks

• Receiving and organizing incoming deliveries

• Keeping work areas organized and ensuring stockrooms are well supplied

• Supporting daily logistics operations as needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

• Is reliable, organized, and enjoys practical work

• Speaks and understands English

• Enjoys working in a team and is comfortable asking questions

Meritorious:

• Interest in technology or logistics

• Familiarity with basic tools and computers

• Experience from school projects, part-time jobs, or volunteer work

You are likely at the beginning of your professional journey and curious about how things work in practice. For this role, attitude and energy are valued more highly than formal experience.
