The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, business-critical projects from initiation through delivery. This role is ideal for a confident, structured, and commercially minded professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working close to decision-makers.

You will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk assessments
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and executives
Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and issues
Ensure clear communication, documentation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Drive continuous improvement in project methods, tools, and governance
Ensure alignment between business strategy and project outcomes

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the private sector
Proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Comfortable working in environments with high expectations and accountability

Preferred Skills

Experience working with senior leadership and executive teams
Background in change management or transformation projects
Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (preferred but not required)
Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset
