We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on the Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
This consulting assignment involves developing, integrating, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions within a large-scale enterprise IT environment, ensuring robust, scalable, and business-aligned outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Lead development activities within the CSM module
Build, maintain, and optimize integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into effective technical solutions
Ensure solutions meet quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability standards
Contribute to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow applications
Required Skills & Experience
Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
Strong expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module
Proven experience with REST and SOAP-based integrations
Ability to work independently in complex, enterprise environments
