How You’ll Make an Impact * Lead and inspire a team of Project Lead Engineers across electrical/control and mechanical disciplines, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. * Own the engineering execution process for Mods & Ups projects, ensuring technical and financial follow-up while turning lessons learned into actionable improvements. * Act as the first point of contact for new projects, coordinating workload with other engineering managers to optimize efficiency. * Collaborate with sales to align technical solutions with customer expectations, supporting complex discussions and guiding your team in overcoming challenges related to upgrades and modifications. What You Bring * Proven leadership experience as a manager or senior project leader, demonstrating your ability to inspire and guide teams. * Strong technical background, preferably in control systems or turbine engineering, showcasing your expertise in the field. * Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build trust and foster relationships across teams and with customers. * A passion for technology and problem-solving in a dynamic, global environment, driving your commitment to excellence. About the Team Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
