ALTEN is expanding its presence in the automotive industry, and we are now looking for Test Engineers within the Connectivity and Infotainment domain to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge automotive technology and contribute to the next generation of connected vehicles.   YOUR ROLE As a Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the functionality, performance, and quality of connectivity and infotainment systems. Your main responsibilities may include: • Planning, designing, and executing manual and/or automated test cases • Writing test analyses and test specifications • Performing regression, system, functional, or non-functional testing in HIL/SIL, rig, and/or vehicle environments • Troubleshooting and analyzing test results, and reporting issues to development teams • Collaborating with developers, system engineers, and project managers to ensure high-quality deliveries • Developing and improving test methods and automation frameworks • Conducting in-vehicle testing with precision and attention to detail YOUR PROFILE You have a relevant technical education and a few years of experience in testing or verification within the automotive field.   You bring: • Experience in manual and/or automated testing • Ability to design and maintain test cases independently • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jenkins and Python (or similar) • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken • A valid Swedish or EU driver’s license (as vehicle testing may be part of the job) • Previous experience within the automotive industry   MERITORIOUS EXPERIENCE • Experience in the Connectivity and Infotainment area • Knowledge of regression and system testing • Experience with Android and Linux
