Production Assistant

Location: Saltsjö-Boo, Stockholm

Part-time (50% guaranteed with possibility to grow)

Frank & Maggie’s is a young, female-founded company making premium, homemade-quality dog food. All our meals are cooked from scratch in our production kitchen in Saltsjö-Boo, and now we’re looking for reliable and motivated people to join our growing team.

About the role

As a Production / Kitchen Assistant, you’ll be part of our day-to-day operations in the production. Your tasks will include:

• Receiving and handling raw materials
• Preparing ingredients and cooking recipes
• Packaging and preparing customer orders
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and production area
• Other duties related to production operations as instructed by the Employer

The work is hands-on and can be physically demanding (lifting, cleaning, chopping, carrying), so being in good physical shape is important.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, detail-oriented and hardworking
• Comfortable with physical work in a kitchen/production environment
• Independent and takes responsibility, but also enjoys being part of a small team
• Positive and flexible – and if you love dogs, that’s a big plus!

Requirements & Merits

Language

• English (required)
• Swedish (a plus but not required)

Driving license

• B license is a plus but not required

Experience

• Previous experience from kitchens, food production, or cleaning is an advantage but not required – we’ll train you on the job.

Working hours & location

• Around 07: 30/8:00–16:30/17:00 on Weekdays (8 hours per day, we can be flexible with start and finish times)
• Our production kitchen is located in Saltsjö-Boo, Stockholm
• Hourly pay – number of workdays may vary week to week, with the opportunity to increase over time
