Lioness Medtech AB is seeking a Business Economist to support the company’s finance, strategy, business development, and corporate communication activities. The role works closely with the management team and contributes to both operational execution and strategic initiatives.

The position involves a combination of financial analysis, business planning, investor-related communication, and coordination of corporate information across internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning

- Development and maintenance of financial models and management reports

- Market, competitor, and commercial opportunity analysis within life science and medtech

- Preparation of internal and external communication materials, including management, board, and investor presentations

- Support of investor relations activities and stakeholder communication

- Support of business development initiatives and evaluation of partnerships and collaborations

- Coordination of administrative and reporting tasks related to finance and business operations

- Supporting the promotion and presentation of the company’s products, services, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with management

Qualifications and requirements:

- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in business economics, finance, or business development

- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business planning skills

- Experience in business planning and financial analysis, preferably within life science, pharma, medtech, or radiopharma

- Excellent written and verbal English skills

- Experience in investor relations, client communications, or stakeholder-facing roles

- Experience in managing digital financial and corporate communication channels, including website development and content management, press releases, and platforms such as WordPress, LinkedIn, Cision, and Microsoft 365 business environments, or equivalent systems

- Experience supporting international business activities or cross-border partnerships

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle confidential information

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in line with Swedish collective agreements and market practice.

Mandatory insurance coverage (health, life, occupational injury, and pension) will be provided in accordance with Swedish regulations.

Offices located centrally in Solna near Solna Station and Mall of Scandinavia.
