Your role As a Business Controller at Surface Sensor Solutions, you will play an important role and work with our programs and the operation as a whole. Your overall goal will be to generate a positive business impact, provide early indicators to management and secure that Saabs accounting rules are followed. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Business Control Surface Sensor Solutions, you will also be a key member of the Product Unit UTAAS & Trackfire management team and work closely together with the Product Unit manager. Your main responsibilities are: * Be a co-pilot to the Product Unit Manager and program managers in financial matters * Actively work with increasing the financial focus within the product unit; highlight issues and propose action * Monitor and control financial aspects of product unit, programs and projects such as follow-up and analyze, prepare budgets and forecasts * Analyze actuals and forecasts and initiate actions to improve financial performance * Take care of financial planning through forecasts, budgets and business plan * Work in close corporation with other controllers in the Finance function and actively participate and contribute to improvements and progress in processes, systems and control within the finance area. Your profile We believe you possess strong business acumen and strategic awareness, complemented by a relevant academic degree and extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Experience from a management team is meriting. We are seeking a candidate with significant experience in business control who values honesty, integrity, and fairness. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach. Effective communication, both verbally and in writing, in English and Swedish is essential for this role. You are a team player with good judgement and drive, you are good at collaborating, you lead by example, have empathy for other people and are not afraid to help where needed. Building strong relationships within and across functions is crucial. Above all, your proactive and positive attitude will be key to your success. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
