Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and analytical ROP Manager to lead the identification, assessment, and management of project risks and opportunities across major industrial projects.
The ROP Manager will support the project team by developing and implementing risk strategies, maintaining risk registers, and ensuring alignment between project objectives, cost contingencies, and mitigation plans.
The role requires close collaboration with engineering, construction, planning, and cost control teams.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in project risk management within complex industrial or EPC environments.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the project risk and opportunities register.
• Facilitate risk identification workshops with project teams and stakeholders.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analyses.
• Propose and track mitigation and enhancement actions for risks and opportunities.
• Provide periodic risk reports and dashboards for project management.
• Ensure alignment of identified risks with project cost contingencies and schedule outlooks.
• Monitor emerging risks and lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project risk management.
• Familiarity with recognized risk management standards (PMI, ISO).
• Experience with QRA tools such as Primavera Risk Analysis or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and risk management software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and workshop facilitation abilities.
• Fluent in English.
• RMP (Risk Management Professional) or equivalent certification is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
