WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a HR Change Specialist, you lead and deliver across all HR areas connected to organizational change, you are confident to design the required processes end-to-end and advising senior stakeholders with clarity.

You’re an experienced HR professional with exceptional integrity and deep expertise in organizational change and staffing. You bring structure and calm to complex moments and communicate with clarity and empathy. You’re comfortable influencing senior leaders and acting as a guardrail for transparency, compliance, and professionalism, balancing strategic perspective with hands‑on delivery.

This is a permanent position based at our offices on Mäster Samuelsgatan and Marievik, Stockholm, reporting to the People Change Manager under our CHRO.
