Scandinavian Airlines System SAS Senior Program Manager EuroBonus is SAS’ main tool for creating loyalty. We have more than 8 million members and are considered one of Europe’s leading loyalty programs with a highly engaged member base. Members of the program can gain levels and benefits and earn points that they spend on flight tickets, upgrades and other awards that can be bought for points.   Challenges you will work on We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and driven person to ensure attractive and engaging development of the program. In this role you will work with the overall strategic direction of the EuroBonus program and drive key strategic projects that will define the future of EuroBonus.  * Manage key strategic projects * Guide the strategic path of EuroBonus, and ensure coherence and right prioritization amongst the many developments within EuroBonus * Input and feedback to colleagues in EuroBonus Program and Partner teams, so that all work is aligned to the above * Participation in EuroBonus management team, together with Head of EuroBonus Program, Head of EuroBonus Partners and Senior Analytics Manager  To be successful, we believe you have * A relevant university degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience * Proven track record of owning and developing commercial concepts or portfolios, setting strategy and delivering against ambitious targets * Proven experience of leading complex projects in a matrix organization * Experience from the loyalty and airline industry is a plus * Experience within e-commerce, agile ways of working, and leadership and/or coaching is a plus We value skills and personal qualities such as:  * Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to understand the bigger picture while also optimizing key details * Advanced analytical capability, including structuring large amounts of information, building business cases, performing analyses in Excel and translating data into clear, evidence-based recommendations for management * Curious and results-driven, with a strong execution focus and interest in understanding what drives customer impact and business outcomes * Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders * Structured, analytical and flexible problem-solver, comfortable managing multiple initiatives in parallel * Independent, proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take initiative and prioritize work effectively Why SAS?
