We are now recruiting an Application Specialist to join Klättermusen.

About the Role

As Application Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and supporting our business processes in our ERP-system, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and the application connections to our integration platform, Azure Integrations Services. You will proactively propose and implement improvements aligned with business overall objectives and frameworks. You will act as Technical Lead in the application Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sitoo, Elastic and Btwentyfour, and supporting all internal departments with best practices and suggestions of efficiency improvements.

You will be a key member of the IT-team, which is responsible for the global IT infrastructure, architecture, applications, security and cybersecurity at Klättermusen.

Key Responsibilities

• Application specialist in Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sitoo, Elastic and Btwentyfour.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, superusers and application partners.
• Main contact for account manager, consultants and developers at application partner.
• Plan, manage, and execute activities according to the system maintenance management plan.
• Configure and maintain the applications and related apps/plug ins, ensuring governance and documentation.
• Collaborate with and challenge cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Solution architect in Dynamics 365 Business Central including customizations, external apps (ISV’s) and own development.
• Coordinating user acceptance testing, upgrades and deploys.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting for super users and end users.
• 2nd line support of the integration platform, Azure Integration Services, and connections to the platform, including the following systems: Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP), Elastic (B2B Portal), Btwentyfour (Business Platform), Centric (PLM), Inretrn (RMS), Centra (CMS), Sitoo (POS), Cargowrite (WMS)

Who You Are

You are a skilled application specialist in Business Central or NAV with a deep understanding of the supply chain, logistics, intercompany and financial processes in the system, preferably with retail background. You have a great understanding of business process, and strong analysis capabilities. You have experience and good knowledge of system integrations to Business Central in Azure Integration Services. You thrive in cross-functional environments and have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.

You Also Have

• 4+ years’ of experience as Business Central and/or NAV application consultant or end user specialist.
• Degree within Economy, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science or similar.
• Experience of Business Central ISV IT Integros products Advanced Intercompany and Master Data is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to details.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and super users.
• Proficiency in key tools such as Excel and project management platforms. Good knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
• Experience in tools such as Azure Storage, Azure Devops, Visual Studio Code, Service Bus Explorer and Microsoft Entra is a plus.
• Experience with the applications Elastic, Btwentyfour, Sitoo or other POS applications in retail is a plus.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
