What you will do at Dirac
You will be responsible for and drive the overall objective of the BA Automotive RoW and follow-up on Dirac sales in the RoW Automotive market (excluding Greater China) through establishing contract with OEM´s and Partners. You will lead a team of Sales Directors, while also directly owning a portfolio of key accounts. You will work closely with the Head of Sales Great China to align on Automotive matters, and work in close collaboration with the CEO, Product Management and the rest of the Leadership Team to ensure global alignment on automotive strategy, product feedback, and market execution.
The position reports to our CEO, and you will be part of the Dirac Leadership Team.

Who you are
With 10+ years selling software solutions in automotive industries, preferably within audio or infotainment, that gives you a good understanding of local echo-system within automotive industry. You have a passion for results that ensure sustainable growth for the business. You bring structure, accountability, and discipline to the team and in the processes.
Location
Your main location will be at Dirac’s headquarters in central Uppsala.
