About the position

We are looking for an instructor for our customer, a large and well-known player in the automotive industry. The position is located in Eskilstuna.

Your daily tasks

In this key role, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience on the demonstration field. You will present and demonstrate machines, let visitors test drive and explain technical functions in an educational and engaging way. You will also be involved in the further development of the demonstration area, participate in major events, exhibitions and photo shoots, and hold training courses for different target groups. Feedback from customer clinics and insights from the field are used to contribute to the development of the next generation of products.

Your main tasks:

• Conduct machine presentations, demonstrations and test drives to showcase the customer's innovative machines
• Represent the company as a machine expert at major events, exhibitions and photo shoots
• Actively contribute to the development of the demonstration area and provide feedback from customer clinics to product development
• Be responsible for daily maintenance of the machinery, including checking, washing and refuelling, to ensure that the machines are always in top condition prior to customer visits
• Holding training and presentations for different target groups, both in Swedish and English
• Work across multiple markets and cultures in an environment where ideas are welcomed and everyone contributes to the client's success

As a person, you are flexible, take initiative and find it easy to collaborate with others. Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience operating construction equipment, especially excavators
• Driver's license or machine license to legally drive construction machinery in Sweden
• Driving licence for heavy vehicles/machinery licences
• Comfortable with giving presentations and trainings in both Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Experience of working at trade shows, customer events or in customer centers
• Teaching experience or previous instructor assignments
• Interest in international projects and collaboration across different markets

Contract type and hours

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-09-30. Start as soon as possible.
