About the position
As Manager Electrical Engineering at Perstorp, you will be part of our global technical organization, TDI (Technological Design & Investments) but will have a global scope, working with projects and production sites across the broader PCG Specialty Chemicals division. TDI is at the heart of our engineering projects and investment efforts, delivering innovative, sustainable solutions to our production facilities worldwide.
In this role, you will lead high-performing engineering teams responsible for electrical power systems and infrastructure, crucial to our project execution and investment ambitions. You will ensure the reliability, safety, and compliance of electrical systems supporting manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for resource planning, competence development, and ensuring your team has the tools and support needed to excel. Simultaneously, you will drive strategic improvements in our automation processes, technical standards, and engineering methodologies.
While your primary focus will be on leading and developing electrical engineering teams, you will also engage operationally in projects, either as project manager or project resource. Reporting into senior leadership, you will partner with specialists across the organization, holding a real opportunity to shape Perstorp’s technical trajectory.

You value structure and accountability, but you're not afraid to challenge the status quo when improvements can be made.
