We are looking for two people to join our web team as maternity leave cover: one 9-month substitute and one 18-month substitute. You’ll be part of an international team, with close collaboration with the team in Solna. You will get the opportunity to work with well-known home appliance brands.
Key responsibilities
• Create, edit and manage web content from English into Nordic and Baltic languages for our home appliance brands: Bosch, Siemens, Neff, and Home Connect.
• Support the migration to the new CMS (Contentstack) and work operationally with content migration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries to ensure content aligns with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
• Optimize web pages for performance and SEO to improve search rankings and user engagement.
• Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards and best practices.
• Coordinate content implementation with agencies and consultants to ensure timely and effective delivery.
• Monitor and analyze content performance and user engagement using tools like Adobe Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to web content management, including the incorporation of AI technologies.
• Work independently while driving local adaptations of global marketing initiatives into compelling local content, including localizing content distributed from our HQ.
Profile / qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital content creation and content management.
• Familiarity with working with various CMS, SEO principles and web analytics tools.
• Proven ability to write engaging content in Nordic languages (Nordic language skills are a strong advantage).
• Consumer-focused, analytical and strategic with a data- and fact-driven approach and emphasis on measurable outcomes.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working across teams and countries.
• Creative mindset, curious and willing to challenge and drive development.

• You will be part of the web team and report to the Head of Website / Ecom / Search.
