About the position

We at Perido are now looking for a Technical Property Manager to join our client's team, an exciting and forward-thinking company in the automotive industry. The position is based in Gothenburg.

Your daily tasks

As a Technical Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing properties and working to ensure high-quality property management. Your responsibilities include handling service requests and operational issues, planning and overseeing maintenance, renovations, and minor projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will manage suppliers and subcontractors, define procurement requirements, and ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

The role also involves stakeholder collaboration, participation in property councils, administrative facility management, and contributing to the strategic development of the company's properties.

Your characteristics

To succeed in this role, you need strong technical competence and the ability to manage a wide range of property-related technical matters. You are structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently, with solid organizational, time management, and communication skills. A good understanding of regulatory compliance, project management, and technical trades is essential, along with experience with facilities or project management systems. You are also able to think quickly and act decisively in urgent or unexpected situations.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in property management
  • Relevant education in real estate or a similar field
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Swedish and English
  • Technical competence and ability to handle various technical aspects of property
  • management
  • Structured and solution-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Good knowledge of Office programs, especially Excel
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance principles, project management principles,
  • and skilled trades expertise
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and facilities management

  • Ability to think quickly and act decisively during emergencies
  • Category B driver's license

Meritorious:

  • Experience with SAP/SRM
  • Having a background in procurement

Contract type and hours

Full-time consulting assignment until 2026-12-31. Start asap.
