Key responsibilities
• Lead the integration of cross-regional teams (US, France, Purchasing), aligning processes, culture, and business objectives.
• Develop and execute integration roadmaps, clarify roles and governance, and ensure smooth decision-making.
• Design and implement change management frameworks for cultural alignment and stakeholder engagement.
• Harmonize processes, tools, and KPIs across R&D, Purchasing, and business units for operational efficiency.
• Identify gaps, standardize workflows, and manage risks to ensure business continuity.
• Build communication plans to keep leadership and employees informed and engaged.
• Define success metrics and drive continuous improvement post-integration.
• Coordinate SIPD strategy: monitor investments, optimize cost and efficiency, and consolidate business with strategic suppliers.
• Champion supplier-driven innovation and joint development programs.
Who are you?
• Proven experience leading large-scale organizational integrations or major operating-model changes across regions/functions.
• Strong command of change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications.
• Ability to harmonize processes and KPIs in tech/manufacturing domains.
• Track record in governance, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Experience partnering with Purchasing/strategic suppliers for value creation.
• (Nice to have) Familiarity with SIPD governance, software-defined vehicle programs, and data-driven decision-making.
