We at Asta Agency are collaborating with Klüber Lubrication in this recruitment process. The process is managed by Asta Agency, and the successful candidate will be employed directly by Klüber Lubrication.

As a Finance Business Partner you act as a strategic and operational sparring partner to management and key functions. You ensure financial transparency, deliver forward-looking insights, and drive performance by combining deep financial expertise with strong business understanding. In this role, you contribute significantly to strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and the continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and controls. And you may join customer discussions together with sales to turn insights into action.

Responsibilities:

• Own financial planning, forecasting, scenario modelling and decision support, shaping long-term financial direction and challenging assumptions and input quality.

• Ensure accurate, consistent financial reporting, analyses and management commentary with clear business relevance.

• Develop dashboards and analytics to enable real-time performance insights for management and the organization.

• Act as finance business partner and trusted advisor to Nordic leaders, supporting profitability and efficient resource allocation.

• End-to-end controlling across Sales & Pricing, Supply Chain/Inventory, Purchasing/AP, Investments and HR, incl. cost structure analysis and follow-up on improvement actions.

• Drive product costing and profitability analysis, and own working capital management (cash flow, liquidity).

• Own month/quarter/year-end close quality and compliance (IFRS/GAAP, tax), incl. accruals/provisions and audit/tax authority interface.

• Own transfer pricing compliance, including intercompany pricing and local documentation.

• Lead/support cross-functional initiatives incl. digitalization, automation and AI, as well as M&A evaluations.

• Support and continuously improve risk management processes and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and corporate governance frameworks.

The person we are looking for is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, with a strong feel for numbers and financial interdependencies. You combine a solid financial foundation with commercial acumen and the courage to challenge the business with integrity. The role requires a high level of independence and ownership, while also being comfortable working both in the details and with a broader, strategic perspective.

You are communicative and relationship-driven, able to build trust and collaborate closely with the sales organization and management. At the same time, you demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity in safeguarding financial impact, regulatory requirements, and compliance. Accuracy, quality, and correctness are non-negotiable. This role is suitable for someone looking for an independent role and is highly motivated by ownership of responsibilities, devolpment and long-term opportunities within the Nordics and international context.

In addition you have:

• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in accounting/controlling/business partnering in an international context.

• Strong IFRS knowledge; confident in interactions with auditors and authorities.

• SAP experience and advanced Excel/Microsoft 365 skills.

• Fluent English and Swedish, spoken and written; Danish is a plus.

• Start: By agreement.

• Location: Stockholm.

• Scope: Full-time.

• Salary: By agreement.
