Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior AML Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Support B2B Transformation Program within Leasing and Factoring, operating in a cross-functional, matrix-based setup
- Drive requirements work across business processes, systems, domains, and vendors with a strong focus on Asset Finance (Leasing) and AML
- Act as a thought leader by analysing business and system processes, capabilities, and future needs
- Create, manage, and maintain business process documentation and features following BPM standards
- Drive features and identified gaps through internal alignment, refinement, and solution design phases to ensure target business processes are met
- Manage and administrate features in Jira to ensure transparency and alignment across all stakeholders
- Support and coach business users in defining clear, structured business needs
- Facilitate the transition toward modern, digitalised, and more efficient ways of working
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across sales, finance, compliance, security, IT, and external vendors
- Evaluate, analyse, and continuously update system requirements and business processes
- Author, update, and formally deliver internal and external documentation
- Identify improvement opportunities in ways of working and contribute to continuous process optimisation
What you bring:
- Five or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformation initiatives
- Experience from core banking transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of banking and leasing business within a B2B context
- Experience working with AML-related requirements and regulatory-driven change
- Hands-on experience with CRM implementations
- Domain knowledge within credit, payments, collections, and finance
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
- Proven experience working with Jira for requirements, features, and documentation management
- Strong administrative and documentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional team
