Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager (Energy) / Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Leading and contributing to technical projects and improvement initiatives within energy and infrastructure environments
• Working hands-on across multiple technical domains such as networking and network administration
• Supporting and applying basic OT/IT security and cybersecurity principles
• Contributing within electrical power systems, substations, or closely related technical areas
• Creating, improving, and maintaining technical documentation describing system and site architectures
• Identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in existing technical solutions
• Supporting and providing technical input to roles responsible for cybersecurity and system management
• Acting as a technical problem-solver and sounding board in daily operations
• Collaborating closely with internal teams and external consultants in a fast-growing, high-tempo environment

What you bring:

• Several years of experience in a broad technical role such as System Engineer, Technical Project Manager, or similar
• Experience working close to technology, with the ability to understand and coordinate across multiple technical disciplines
• Good understanding of networking, system architecture, and technical dependencies
• Experience from energy, industry, infrastructure, or other technically complex environments is an advantage
• Ability to quickly understand new problems and independently drive tasks forward without detailed instructions
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
• Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to work across many interfaces
• Strong decision-making ability and comfort prioritizing in a changing environment
• Fluent in English and Swedish
