Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Leading the Observability team and managing agile delivery, including team cadence, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensuring backlog items are technically feasible and aligned with architectural principles, non-functional requirements, and long-term platform direction
- Acting as a key contributor in planning and delivery while balancing technical understanding with product ownership responsibilities
- Driving a customer-first approach and fostering a culture of ownership, trust, curiosity, and continuous learning
- Ensuring digital products comply with legal, security, and governance requirements.
- Coordinating dependencies and collaboration across teams and domains within a complex organizational landscape
- Communicating complex technical and product-related topics clearly to diverse stakeholders at the appropriate level
- Supporting strategic initiatives by contributing to digital product roadmaps aligned with business goals and architecture standards
- Enabling change initiatives, supporting rollouts, and contributing to value and outcome measurement for digital products
What you bring:
- Strong experience in agile delivery, team coordination, and product ownership or team leadership roles
- Solid technical awareness with understanding of system architecture, cloud-based solutions, security principles, and observability fundamentals
- Ability to assess technical debt, feasibility, and architectural alignment without being a daily hands-on developer
- Demonstrated leadership behaviors aligned, including a customer-centric and ownership-driven mindset
- Experience working with compliance, governance, and dependency management in complex digital environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong, trust-based stakeholder relationships
- Experience in competence development and mentoring, supporting team growth in collaboration with people managers and peers
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into digital strategies and roadmaps
- Experience with change management, rollout planning, and measuring product effectiveness and customer value
- Comfort working in cross-functional, distributed, and virtual teams while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
