Job Summary
As part of the MO Sales Management & Customer Service organization, we are looking for a Commercial Practices Support Specialist Backfill till June 2028 to support the operational work within Commercial Practices during NCSP rollout, with focus on Packaging & Additional Material business.
The job would preferably be located in any market close to European time zone, but other locations can be considered.
Commercial Practices Support Specialist – Backfill temporary position till June 2028
The role will be part of the Commercial Practices team in Market Operations and will work in close cooperation with relevant centre functions and markets across diverse geographies, organizations, and businesses.
What you will do
- Support the process for pricing & commercial conditions implementation by making the necessary analysis and administrative tasks.
- Contribute to annual and ad hoc pricing & commercial conditions implementation in the relevant systems and create reports and internal/external communication materials based on the fact base.
- Conduct the analysis for the business cases for governance and escalations (pricing, etc.) as well as consolidate information for further analysis.
- Support usage of existing tools and support in capturing new requirements and implementation of future tools.
- Participate in market reviews for commercial practices related items.
- Support the team with updating various plans, monitoring the requests fulfilment, and checking data quality (e.g. accuracy, completeness, and timeliness).

PowerBI skills is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
