Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Shape and design the UI and UX for digital banking services targeting private and high-net-worth clients
• Create user-centered designs through user research, insights, user flows, and journey mapping
• Design high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Collaborate closely with UX leadership, product owners, developers, and designers in an agile environment
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and quality across digital channels in line with the organisation’s design system
• Participate in and lead user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously refine and improve the user experience
• Contribute to an early-stage digital transformation by translating business needs and technical constraints into intuitive design solutions

What you bring:

• Senior-level UI/UX design expertise with a strong emphasis on UI design
• A proactive, hands-on, and ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• At least 5 years of experience designing interfaces for web, mobile, and app platforms
• Education in human–computer interaction, interaction design, or equivalent professional experience
• High proficiency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping
• Strong belief in research- and insight-driven design and iterative ways of working
• Experience leading and contributing to user research, testing, and feedback activities
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, agile teams
• Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are considered a merit
