Who we are looking for
We’re looking for experience from modern tech environments where data-driven services, microservices, and fullstack development have been a key part of your role. You care about why we build something as much as how it’s built, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment where experimentation and improvement are part of everyday work.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a software developer, mainly within the stack above
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining cloud-based microservices, preferably in AWS
• Comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow

Meritorious:

• Experience working with CI/CD and infrastructure as code
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, comfortable when priorities shift
• A high degree of autonomy in how you approach your work
• You've shipped features end to end in a product led environment

What the role involves
As a Developer at Tendium, you will play a central role in building and scaling Sweden’s most advanced AI-driven procurement platform. You’ll work closely with product and engineering, testing ideas fast, iterating continuously, and contributing directly to the platform’s technical core.

Frontend, backend – it doesn't matter. What matters is that you're driven by solving real problems for real users. You'll dig into how procurement teams actually work, understand their frustrations, and build solutions that make their lives meaningfully better.

With responsibilities such as:

• Deeply understand our users and the problems they face navigating procurement
• Own features from problem discovery through shipping and iteration
• Work across the stack, whatever it takes to solve the problem well
• Collaborate with product and design to shape what we build next
• Balance shipping fast with building things that last
• Engage with users, watch them interact with the product, and use what you learn to shape what you build.

This is a direct recruitment, and you will be employed by Tendium upon completion of the hiring process. A background check is included, summarizing publicly available criminal and financial records.
