What you will do:

The Consulting Senior Practice Director for OH Solutions leads and manages a high-performing consulting team, ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle healthcare solution for major programs, including Skana and VGR. The role is focused on operational excellence, team leadership, and delivery management, with responsibility for aligning project execution to Oracle’s global best practices and client expectations within Sweden’s healthcare landscape. This role does not include sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the consulting team delivering OH solutions.
• Oversee all phases of program delivery, ensuring that projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and compliance benchmarks.
• Serve as an executive point of escalation for program challenges, resource management, client communications, and risk mitigation.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and support the professional growth and development of team members.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to Oracle’s and clients’ security, privacy, and regulatory policies, including GDPR and healthcare-specific requirements in Sweden.
• Work closely with stakeholders in Skana and VGR, maintaining excellent communication to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate effectively with global Oracle delivery teams to leverage best practices and resources.
• Foster continuous improvement in delivery processes, methodologies, and team capabilities.
• Remain current on OH solution updates, Swedish healthcare policies, and program-specific requirements.

Required experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 10-15 years consulting experience in healthcare IT consulting, with significant exposure to program delivery and team management.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale healthcare IT teams or programs, ideally within the Swedish or Nordic markets.
• Deep familiarity with Cerner solutions and their deployment within complex healthcare environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in multicultural environments.
• Proven expertise in managing compliance with security, privacy, and healthcare regulations (including GDPR and healthcare-specific Swedish standards).
• Fluent in English; Swedish language proficiency strongly preferred.
