Job Summary

In PSE Manufacturing and Supply Chain Integration we are looking for a Industrial & Production Engineering Leader who will lead a team of engineers with responsibility to maintain and improve Production systems for Equipment Assembly and Testing in Lund and to lead new technology and product introduction.

The position is permanent, and it’s based in Lund. 

What you will do

You will be part of the Industrial Engineering team within the Production Centre Lund Modena, responsible for production and industrialization engineers in Assembly, Test and Packing of equipment.


Your team will be dealing with equipment manufacturing end-to-end process. This ranges from product development to supplier manufacturing and from first line support to production shopfloor to product lifecycle management with Customers (Technical Issues). Properly managing internal and external stakeholders will be a key to success in this role, as the team has several interfaces: Production Units, Development & Technology, Business Sectors, Suppliers, Supplier Management, Supplier Quality, Services and Customers to list some of them.


Focus areas:

  • Drive integration between production systems and processes in Packaging and Processing Equipment
  • Secure the enhancement of early management within Product Development by strengthening the industrialization process
  • Establish a quality built-in mindset by world class first line support to production shopfloor and suppliers and technical capabilities built-up
  • Secure and improve cost performance through lead time optimization, process improvement and value stream mapping
  • Secure compliance to OHS and enhance safety in the manufacturing process
  • Develop strong capability ownership within the Production Centre and align stakeholder expectations to ensure smooth and efficient industrialization

We believe you have

  • Educational background with a master’s degree in engineering, or similar education.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Expertise in Manufacturing or Supply Chain operations
  • High level of understanding and experience in Continuous Improvement through  World Class Manufacturing methodology
  • Knowledge of Tetra Pak Packaging and Processing equipment will be considered a plus
  • Capability to successfully lead and inspire diverse teams

You are analytical, structured and a good communicator. You can foster collaboration with an evident track record of successful teamwork. You have proven leadership skills; you can navigate ambiguity and drive the necessary changes to improve the current state.
