About this opportunity:
We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join a 17-person team made up of LXDs, Instructional Designers, Instructors, Learning Project Manager and a Learning Administrator. The role focuses on designing learner-centered, business-aligned digital and blended learning experiences that enable employees and customers to apply knowledge effectively at work. You will work closely with stakeholders and customers to translate business needs into practical, measurable learning solutions and support the Connect to Learn project as a key contributor.
What you will do:
* Use new technology and AI when applicable in the workflow process.
* Partner with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to analyse performance gaps and define learning objectives.
* Design and prototype learner journeys, digital modules, and blended solutions that prioritize application and performance.
* Create storyboards, scripts, assessments and supporting materials informed by adult learning principles and user-centred design.
* Facilitate design workshops and co-creation sessions; iterate based on stakeholder and learner feedback.
* Collaborate with the learning production and delivery team to ensure high-quality implementation and timely delivery.
* Measure and report on learning impact using agreed success metrics; adjust designs to improve outcomes.
* Act as a proactive advisor — challenge, propose alternatives and advocate for solutions that best meet business needs.
The skills you bring:
* Strong curiosity and creativity; ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective learning experiences; excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills; experience designing digital or blended learning with a focus on application.
* Desirable / learnable on the job: Ericsson-specific technologies and product knowledge; any organization-specific tools or platforms.
* Additional: solid communication skills, collaborative mindset, and comfort working in cross-functional teams. A portfolio demonstrating past impact and measurable outcomes from learning initiatives is highly valued.
