Are you adventurous and ready for a summer with 10,000 steps in your daily routine?
Why spend your summer working in Odda?
Odda offers the perfect mix of wild nature and vibrant summer life - work, fjord, mountains, and a post-shift workout are all just minutes away. You'll become part of an international community where young adults come together to learn, work, and create unforgettable experiences in Hardanger.
Some summers stay with you a little longer. For Ida, who has worked two summers in a row as a seasonal nurse with us, this is exactly the case. She says she has never learned so much in such a short time, never walked so many steps during a single shift - and rarely felt such a strong sense of achievement at the same time.
She talkes about her day when everything happens at once - when she has the opportunity to observe, engage, ask questions, and learn. At the same time, she emphasizes how reassuring it is to have colleagues who explain, demonstrate, and actively includes her in the process. "You're never just standing on the sideline," Ida says. "You feel that you're needed."
At our hospital, we are now looking for seasonal workers. Here, you'll be part of the everyday lives of patients and their families, working closely with nurses, physicians, and healthcare assistants who welcome you into the team, provide solid training, and are easy to approach - while also expecting you to stay sharp when the pace picks up.
Apply for a summer job with us - and join us where things are happening.
