The impact you’ll make

As a Communication Specialist for the Centiro group of companies, you’ll play a key role in supporting major projects with communication planning for both internal teams, customers and end users. Ensuring clarity, consistency and a great experience throughout the journey.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders from different parts of the company, capture information and translate it into clear, approachable content that helps teams stay informed, aligned and engaged.

This is a role for someone who loves communication in practice, with everything from creating a communication plan, writing, coordinating and keeping communication flows running smoothly in various channels. You’ll also contribute with a strategic mindset when needed - helping shape communication in times of change and supporting teams and customers through transitions with clarity and confidence.

What You’ll Do

•        Plan, create and publish internal and external communication that brings clarity and engagement.

•        Produce hands-on visual content to support communication in various channels.

•        Capture information from project teams and stakeholders and turning it into structured, friendly and well-crafted messages.

•        Coordinate communication across initiatives to ensure consistency.

•        Support leaders and teams with guidance, templates and practical communication help.

•        Help drive internal news flows and communication routines.

•        Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute customer-facing communication for key initiatives, ensuring messages are clear, timely and aligned with project goals.

•        Comfortable collaborating with many different stakeholders.

Competences and skills

•        3+ years of experience in communication, internal communication, copywriting or other content-focused role.

•        Relevant education in communication, marketing, journalism.

•        Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Swedish.

•        Experience working with internal communication channels is a bonus (intranet, newsletters, updates).

•        Experience from B2B or tech environments is a plus and not a requirement.

Bonus: The ability to bring ideas to life visually, with hands-on experience creating content and using graphic design tools.
