As e-commerce growth specialist, you own one thing: growing web sales.
You use data and your analytical skills to understand where we lose sales and what we can change to improve performance.
You work closely with the online team day-to-day, and you collaborate with marketing and it when changes touch content, campaigns, or tech.
You turn insight into action: you look at the numbers, find the problem, decide what to change, make it happen, and check if it worked.
