Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide view of the product development landscape
• Clarify the current and target state of the business architecture and define future scenarios
• Align processes, capabilities, data, and governance across the organization
• Position an internal support tool within the broader enterprise architecture and ensure strategic fit
• Create and communicate clear architectural models to guide decision-making
• Identify structural gaps, improvement opportunities, and practical transition paths
• Support long-term strategic planning by acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive clarity, structure, and alignment

What you bring:

• Several years of experience as a Business Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar strategic role
• Strong ability to visualize, simplify, and communicate complex structures
• Proven experience modelling business capabilities, processes, and information flows
• Ability to define target architectures and outline actionable transition roadmaps
• Background working in large, complex organizations with many stakeholders
• Excellent facilitation skills and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous or evolving environments
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English and/or Swedish
