Role Summary
The CFO oversees the company’s financial strategy, ensures financial stability, and leads all finance-related operations including accounting, treasury, controlling, tax, and investor reporting.
The role requires a strong ability to manage complex financial structures, support the company's growth initiatives, and ensure compliance with Swedish or international financial regulations.
The holding company of the company is a joint venture of a Korean entity and a US company, so the CEO should be fluent both in Korean and English.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee accounting, statutory reporting, and tax compliance according to Swedish GAAP or IFRS.
- Manage treasury, cash flow planning, and capital structure optimization.
- Support M&A initiatives, due diligence, valuation, and integration activities.
- Develop internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support CEO and Board decision-making.
- Optimize financial performance through cost efficiency, KPI management, and risk mitigation.
- Lead the finance and administration teams; ensure strong governance and process standardization.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of finance leadership experience (CFO, M&A manager or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax, and audit processes.
- Experience managing budgets, cash flow, and financial strategies in a growth-oriented company.
- Demonstrated ability to work with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior leadership.
- Fluent both in English and Korean

- Experience in FMCG, healthcare or consumer goods.
- Background in M&A or private equity–backed companies.
