About the Kitchen and Our Approach

Our food philosophy is based on a combination of Asian and Norwegian flavor traditions, prepared using classic cooking techniques. We work exclusively with fresh ingredients and prepare all dishes from scratch. This requires solid craftsmanship, creativity, and a genuine passion for quality cooking.

As a chef with us, you will play an important role in the operation and have the opportunity to influence the menu, develop new dishes, and work in a kitchen that values quality over shortcuts.
